APC UPS Management Web Server Error

Findings/The Error:

When trying to login to our APC UPS Management interface we receive a notice. “Someone is currently logged into the APC Management Web Server. Please try again later.” We knew for sure that no one was actually logged into the management interface.

Discovery/Resolution:

Open Telnet on a client PC and type in the IP address of the management interface.

Log into the interface using your credentials.

Once connected, simply type exit and this should clear the hung session. After you type exit you should be able to access the web interface normally.
